Health Safety and Environment Advisor

I am looking for new challenges, working environment, different people, cultures and work scope. Also to enhance my knowledge HSE working with other Operations and to contribute my knowledge, skills and experience to the your team

I started off my career with Brunei Liquefied Natural Gas Plant as an Operative Technician, have been in the Operation department for more than 10 years working in the Process, Utilities and Loading units of the Plant. And also worked in the Utilities panel control. We have been trained in minor maintenances of the Plant.

Some of my experiences in the BLNG Operation department;
• Have experiences in several start-ups from Total Plant Blackout and emergencies (actual & exercise).
• Been the HSE Safety Representative for the Shift from the very early stage.
• Opportunity to work along some experienced expatriates where received very valuable knowledge and shared experiences.

But now I have moved on to be the Operational Safety Advisor (HSE) for the Plant. HSE was totally a new thing before I joined the HSE department; I have succeeded in the job and would be able to do the same (the best) if given the chance.

Just some of my experiences in the HSE department;
• Involved in several minor and major Plant Shutdown projects, one being the major is the change out of MCHE (Main Cryogenic Heat Exchanger) in the Process Train.
• HSE Focal Person on Major Turnaround Activities.
• Involved in several minor and major Plant emergencies exercises. Part of Plant Emergency Co-Ordination Team during Plant Total Blackout.
• Involved in several audits.
• Involved in 2005 National Road Safety Campaign and co-chairman for Road Safety Campaign for BLNG and the community around the Plant.
