In July 2001 promoted to Sr. Executive level as Sr.Tech. Services Engr. Assignment covers:
· Give advice and recommendation regarding application of lubricants, their selection as per OEM recommendations, conduct lubrication surveys and prepare lubrication schedules.
· Well conversant with the blending formulations of lubricants, performance levels/ classifications, specifications and applications.
· Selling POL Products i.e., Fuels & Lubricants.
· Trouble shooting in industrial units related to lubricant / fuels. Investigation of complaint regarding mechanical failure or maintenance problem of equipment. Sampling and laboratory analysis of products.
· looked after Pakistan Steel’s business for 12 years.
In August 1996 elevated to executive position as Tech. Services Engr. Job responsibilities were:
o Besides working as TSE and looking after sales area.
o As Marketing Executive, responsible for the preparation of stewardship reports, monthly marketing reports, revenue budget, compilation of sales data and prepare sales presentations.
o Prepare pre-contract estimates for installation of Consumer outlets.
o Prepare feasibility reports for provision of consumer facilities.
o Prepare contracts/agreements with customers for supply of POL products.
o Prepare quotations and tender documents for customers.
In August 1992, confirmed as regular employee in Group VI.
? To provide technical services to the customers of Sindh and Balochistan region.
? To provide technical as well as commercial services to Pakistan Steel Mills.
? Looked after a sales area comprising of Bin Qasim Industrial zone.
Appointed in PSO as Trainee Engineer and after completion of one month orientation program on Terminal/ Depot operations at Keamari installations, three months comprehensive training program was carried out at PSO Training Centre, Blending Plant & Central Laboratory. Other training includes:
§ Testing of lubes and fuels including Co-operative Fuel Research
(C.F.R) Engines and Thermal Cracking Pilot Plant at Hydrocarbon
Development Institute of Pakistan.
§ Training on lubrication systems of different complexes of Pakistan Steel.
