In the past 8 years i have been working in several countrys in the Catering Industry in remote places.Responsable for meals to 150 persons to 4000 persons.I look for the oppurtunity to perform this capacity for a company that give me an oppurtunity.

February 2006 – November 2006 CIS Chade - Africa
Site ManagerWorking on a drilling camp for EXXON MOBIL, encharge of all managment regarding the operation, supervising a team of 12 expatriates, serving per day approximatly 1200 meals for Senior Residents and around 1600 for Junior Residents.Direct cooperation with HSE Departments to meetings discussions and all related matters, developing high skills on this particular area.Supervision and coordination in all matters, direct contact with the Client.
November 2005 – January 2006 CIS Chade - Africa
Site ManagerWorking on a production Camp for EXXON MOBIL, responsable for all managment regarding the operation, with a team of 6 expatriates, and serving per day approximatly 1200 meals for senior residents and around 800 for junior residents in two separated mess hall’s.Supervision and coordenation in different areas to ensure high standards of safety and hygiene, highn level of responsability.
July 2005 – October 2005 Catermar Baku-Azerbaijan
Catering Manager Working in an Off Shore Derrick Barge for Italian Company named Saipem working for BP/ AIOC Project. The barge was operating as Flotel in a Platform Construction, serving per day approximately 650 meals. Insurance that all HSE standards were being followed during this time where also under my Supervision. Large experience in food production using Cooking Schedules and Menu Cooking Plans.
March 2005 – June 2005 Catermar Baku-Azerbaijan
Catering Manager Working in a Canteen for a Company named Mc. Dermott, with a staff with 106 persons, and serving per day approximately 3200 meals in a Main Canteen and another 500 in a Seniors Canteen.
