Worked in Halliburton as a logistics and materials coordinator. I was there as an Explosive, Lithium Batteries and Radioactive Officer. Under broad direction, coordinates materials demand planning, requirements, and procurement activities to provide seamless integration of procurement and operations processes. Liaises with Product Service Line (PSL) and Business Development (BD) staff, manufacturing personnel, internal and external suppliers, and logistics personnel to ensure materials are delivered to end-users in accordance with requirements. Assists in the preparation, accumulation and maintenance of materials control files, such as requisitions and logistical documentation. Use to send out tools and equipments to offshore (load out) and also overseas. Control all the incoming and outgoing goods from the warehouse. Handled computerized SAP transaction for GR (goods received) and goods issue for incoming and outgoing materials. Also handle customs in KSB and prepare customs report C8 and C9 on a monthly basis. Job tasks impacts directly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
