• Maintain and monitor incident management procedures and incident response criteria.
• Develop service level agreement SLA`s between IT and other divisions

• Develop a governance program for IT operations based on ISMS framework and SOA structure
• Develop and implement a secure infrastructure for Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system based on Oracle suite and EDMS Live Link systems.
• Develop Key performance indicators KPIs for all IT operations within network and security Departments.
