Wellhead Operator

•Worked as a polyvalent Operator, in both process and wellheads.
•Active in safety and act as the sole person responsible for any evacuation and quick action on emergency.
•Responsible for smooth operation, and maintenance of an assigned platform.
•Start-up and shut-in of wells, in both emergency and normal shutdowns.
•Monitoring of pumps, air compressors, air conditioning and all other rotating equipment.
•Testing of safety valves, pilots switch, pressure & level switches as part of routine jobs.
•Good knowledge of artificial lifting wells by gas.
•Working on high pressure gas wells (5000 psi).
•Production of crude oil through gas injection
•Monitoring the behavior of the wells and trouble shoot any abnormalities.
•Knowledge of separators both production and test separators.
•Well production calculation after performing test.
•Shut-down preparation and P&ID mark-up.
•Water injection wells.
•Analyze of oil, water and gas samples
•Maintain optimum gas injection rate in wells.
•Co-ordinates with wire line jobs to ensure smooth and safe wire line operation, securing the well.
•Basic knowledge of (DCS) display control system.
•Formatting the well balance sheets.
•Feeding the daily field production report.
•Supervises all maintenance operations including of permit signing and safe working environment.
•Good knowledge in operating wells control panel boards as well as Fire & Gas panels.
•In-depth testing of all types of safety detectors.
•Wellhead X-mas tree greasing and exercising the valves.
•Redressing and replacing of oil & gas chokes.
•Responsible for maintenance of all safety equipments and ensure are in good working order.
•Good knowledge in logic of process and safety systems.
•Pigging Operations, launching and receiving.
•Chemicals injection on gas & oil lines.
•Responsible in Updating, ordering and dispatching of materials and chemicals for remote platforms.
•Co-ordinates with drilling crew to ensure smooth and safe drilling operation, securing of the platform on heavy lifts jobs, skidding jobs, arrival and departure of the Rig.

HIGH SCHOOL CERTIFICATE

SAFETY TRAININGS: Certificates in Fire Fighting, First Aid, Sea Survival, Coxswain, B.A Sets, H2S, Shackles and Slings, Helicopter Landing Officer.
