-Makes a notice of advice to the person concerned if anything irregular happens in the operation; likewise, informing the Q.A. Head and Manufacturing Manager regarding the matter; furthermore, sees to it that proper action is taken on the reported irregularity
-Does calibration of gauges and equipment, raw materials analysis and preparation and standardization of reagents
-Ensures that GMP is implemented on or before and after the bottling operation
-Makes sure that the technical update documents is strictly followed
-Encodes data gathered (analysis of brix and gas volume) to QIS baby software for the process capability analysis
-Does record keeping and documentation
-Internal auditing for the implementation of Quality Assurance Plan.
