Group 4 Al Zahem W.L.L. is one of the big Security system company. I am working in Fire fighting Division as a project Engineer.
Responsibilities includes:
Deploying of manpower to various jobs on priority basis.
Distribution the work among the Supervisors and Formans.
Giving proper guidance to them.
Clarifying the doubt from them.
Analyzing the fault and giving proper solution to them.
Discussion about the job with other department staffs.
Encouraging new ides to enhance the productivity.
