Professional Experience
Badr Petroleum Company BAPETCO (EGPC – Shell joint venture) as a Production Technologist and Field Petroleum engineer (well site engineer). I worked for Bed-3 (Oil field) for half a year then joined Obaiyed Area Team (gas field) since 4 years as a production technologist engineer (well site & study engineer).
Eductation
B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from Suez Canal University, May 1999.
Four years of solid and diversified experience in production technology. Field Development Planning, Well Design and Operation, and Production System Optimisation. This includes the phases of conceptual design, drilling, completion, start-up, production, shut-in, up to and including abandonment of the well. For day-to-day routine operations, I am responsible for defining the technical parameters (the operating envelope) of the well operation within which others manage the wells (e.g. Well Services and Production Programming), production system optimisation.
Computer literate with command of MS Office, Prosper, MBAL, GAP, OFM, Subpump, PWRI-FRAC (shell software), WePS (shell software) and ShellFrac (shell software).
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to work as part of an asset team (multi-discipline team).
Bilingual in Arabic & English.

Initial training period (Wire line in Bapetco workshop and Production Department) (6 months).
Safety induction course (Bapetco Bed-3 field) (2 days).

• Develop in conjunction with Well Engineering and Well Services, activity proposals for any of the above operations, which contain the economic justification, functional design and associated risk analysis in the outline programme.
1.WePS, Shell software for lift curves (Inflow and out flow performance). (Experience: have built all Obaiyed field gas wells -19 wells- with the program and daily follow-up the wells performance curves and wells surveillance and field (wells) operations through WePS for 4 years).
2.Prosper, GAP & MBAL: IPM package for nodal analysis software for lift curves (Inflow and out flow performance), determining and predicting the productivity after perforation, decline in res press, THP, CGR, WGR …etc. (Experience: have updated all Obaiyed field gas wells to this program which takes into account real PVT analysis and daily follow-up the wells performance curves with the most effective sensitivity for uncertainty worked data for 2 years).
