oil refineries process operation manager

I am working in an advisory position under technical services employment as FACULTY PRODUCTION MANAGER with refineries company ,The services provided by the production side cover OIL&Gas sectors, from Construction or maintenance opportunities to organizational and long-term business improvements,
The fact that I, personally, worked in my early career at different projects of gases, oil products, for different process with foreigners companies as pr-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test-run,handed over to the client.
Also as design engineer in Environment of the Carbon Black production factory to eliminate the dust containing Nox, Sox, Co, CO2 and solid particulate in the sky. and manage the waste gasses by burning in incinerator.
It's my responsibility to:
1-managing the execution plan and it's function in all activities
2-perform tests throughout stages of project
3-Determine most effective arrangement of processing
4- Designing,revamping,modification of units and restudying new units in the company to solve the debottling .
5-using scientific rules and computer system to set up function of process.
6-Using rules to Estimate new projects and selection good discount capital.
I am responsible, always professional, I can do the following :
Maintain client relation, coordinate the activities between the engineering disciplines to achieve total success by improving cooperation between management and staff of the project including Safety, Security and Hazard operability in the operational safety of plants during the design stage and after construction.
