JOB PROFILE
?Compliance of standard operating procedures to ensure all HSE aspects are covered.
?Interact with production / maintenance managers to enforce HSE requirements.
?Review procedure and shop floor discipline and amend, if necessary, to align with HSE requirements.
?Prepare HSE reports highlighting trends and possible problem areas, deployment and training of staff.
?Undertake weekly HSE audits ensuring follow-up and rectification of detected irregularities.
?First-aid training of staff and regular inspections of camp and factory facilities.
?Engage in all the principal HSE tasks including training, planning, program development, auditing, risk assessment, coaching etc.
?Investigation, and analysis of incident &accident.
?Provide leadership and direction to other less experienced personnel. Develop and implement Safety Awareness and Safety Incentive Programs for company to motivate staff and Increase safety awareness.
