Transferred from Safe Caledonia “Floating Offshore Hotel Vessel” to the Edda Fjord “Floating Offshore Vessel”

Transferred from Nigeria to undertake the start up of the Edda Fjord running a 450-person multi national remote hotel in Mobile Alabama, Duties included ordering of new equipment , preparing all sleeping and eating quarters to be deep cleaned and ready for sail away

Working with a multi nation workforce including American, European and Asian personnel, this included training all 26 American crew in HACCP training and also providing all the crew with knowledge of COSHH and Safety Awareness training.

Extensive management system, ordering and sourcing supplies from America, quality assurance system, rota and helicopter schedules, in house training, risk assessments and accounts.
Working in the Heli-Admin to assist with new arrivals, cabin allocations and inductions of new arrivals.

I am currently the Assistant Hotel Service Manager onboard the Edda Fjord MSV, this particular vessel is at present a 450 man floatel, working on the Thunder horse Project in the Gulf of Mexico

Due to the contract coming to an end I am actively seeking my next challenge in order to further my career. I am very keen to learn new skills and thrive on training. The ability to better myself, as a manager is an integral part of my future plans but as I am aware learning new systems is first and foremost.
