RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES IN YEMGAS:
• Coordinate and Provide support leaders for different disciplines in the project.
• Monitor the evolution (schedules/progress) anticipating trends or possible deviations in order to quantify their impact on the overall schedule.
• Examine subcontractors' resources related to planned progress and suggest adjustments if necessary.
• Prepare and maintain the Construction Progress Monitoring System (CPMS) considering the status and quantities of work to be performed and the resources needed to achieve targeted performances.
• Reporting of project progress and highlighting the grey areas periodically to the Client and the management < Monthly Progress and Weekly Construction report>.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES IN SAMIR:
Coordination and follow-up of the daily and programmed maintenance works and coordination with supervisors of the zone
Development and control of the maintenance indicators
Monitoring of a preventive maintenance plan based on the RCM/ RCA method
Development and control of planning for general shut downs and programmed repairs of refinery units
Preparation of budgets, contracts, shutdowns, modifications, warranty claims, vendor mobilisation and all other support functions.
Review and control the standardization of materials and spare parts for mechanical equipment and related systems. Review stock quantities, usage and consumption to minimise the stock value, whilst ensuring that all spare parts are available for routine, defect and shutdown maintenance.
Supervise the implementation of minor mechanical modifications and improvement projects, to ensure their safe, cost-effective and timely execution in accordance with established Company standards and specifications.
Eductation
Masters degree in mechanical engineering from the ENSAM – Meknes Morocco
Preparatory classes cycle in the ENSAM
Final exam option Sciences in the Moulay Driss High School “good mention”
