Responsible for overall Supplier’s Quality, to ensure the deliverables are fully meet Project/ Client Quality requirement and Specification. This includes the following as a minimum;

• Prepare Project Quality Plan
• Carryout Internal & External Audit.
• Vendor Assessment.
• Criticality rating of items and equipments.
• Enquiry and Purchase Requisition review.
• Quality related Vendor Document review ( Welding, Painting, NDE, FAT, ITP and other QAQC procedures)
• Carrying out Pre-inspection Meetings ( PIM ).
• Inspection coordination with TPI.
• Quality progress monitoring & reporting.
• Technical inputs for Vendor technical query, Concession request.
• Monitoring and Control of non conformance ( NCR ).
• Field Inspections and release of goods.
• Liaise with Client on Quality issues.
• Vendor Quality data / Manufacturing record review
