Operate DCS ,PLC ,and Pneumatic control systems, and equipment such as High pressure and Low pressure boilers, Gas turbines, generators, Air and Gas centrifugal compressors ,Positive Displacement and Centrifugal Pumps, and other equipment.
Operate Gas Dehydration , DEA GAS Sweetening , Crude Heating and Electro-chemical Desalter units .
Operate Oily Water Treatment by Cyclo-turbine and Induced Gas Floatation System.
Inspection and monitoring of plant equipment,Boiler’s Blow down, switches, valves, gauges, alarms, meters and other instruments to measure temperature, pressure , flow ,etc.
Loading and unloading in LPG Truck Transportation.
Analyze and record instrument readings and equipment malfunctions and make adjustments or minor repairs as required.
Making sure that generators, turbines, pumps and compressors are regularly lubricated and cleaned.
