•Total more than 13 years experience in various piping design activities i.e. layout, stress, supports, materials, procurement etc. with renowned international organizations at various levels (as Project coordinator, Lead engineer, Deputy lead engineer, Area lead engineer) in various Pre – FEED, FEED & EPC projects related to Refinery, Oil and Gas, LPG storage and dispatch terminals, Oil Tankage units, LNG liquification, Polypropylene, Petrochemical, Urea Ammonia, Power projects.

•For last two years as client’s Mechanical Design Engineer, I have also been performing various design & procurement activities related Static Equipments/Packages/Tanks etc

•From Sept, 2004 to till date in Project Department of Kuwait National Oil Company (an operating Refinery) as Project Engineer / Mechanical design engineer.

•From Aug, 2002 to Sept, 2004 with Bechtel Corporation India (an international EPC organization) as Senior engineer plant layout & piping.

•From Sept, 2001 to Aug, 2002 with L&T Chiyoda Baroda, India (Joint venture of Chiyoda Corporation Japan, an international EPC organization) engaged in Petrochemical and Refinery projects as engineer plant layout & piping.

•From Dec, 1993 to Sept, 2001 with Tecnimont ICB LTD. Mumbai, India (Joint venture of Tecnimont Spa Italy, an international EPC organization) engaged in Petrochemical, Polypropylene, Refinery, Urea/ammonia and power projects) as Senior engineer piping.

TECHNICAL SKILLS / AREAS OF OPERATION:-
•Piping layout, stress, supports, material specifications, procurement.

•Review and approval of various documents related to BOD, PDP, FEED, EPC, PC projects submitted by Consultants / Contractors.

•Technical decisions, Ensure coordination, quality, implementation of design criteria /specifications and compliance as per (Client/PMC/Consultant/ Contractor) contract requirements. Review of scope/design changes. Planning and scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting & expediting.


•Evaluation of bids, Vendor qualification activities, Vendor correspondence, Cost/Man-hour estimation. Preparation of technical/engineering details for various PC projects.

•Performance Guarantee, HAZOP, QRA, ISO14001/9000 activities, Safety requirements & Quality audits.

•Review various design documents / drawings related to equipments, packages etc. submitted by Consultants/Contractors.
