•Successfully drilled & complete Waste Water Injection Well using WBM encountering problems like Bit & Stabilizer Balling due to unstable clay formation.
•Implement company's HSE policies, procedures & guidelines on drilling operations and achieved ISO- 14000 certification for the rig.
• Achieved one year LTI free.
• Participate in AAR & adapted cost cutting measures during operations.

•Encountered mechanical stuck problems many times while drilling.
•Plan & execute rig move within specified time and save operating cost.
•Stress regular Top Drive and Mud Pump maintenance service and avoided major down time.
•Released stuck pipe during drilling gaining no record of string left in the hole.

successfully.
•Encountered frequent mud loss during 6’’ hole reservoir drilling. Dealt with successfully.
•Encountered well kicks during drilling/work over operations several times. Well killed successfully.
•Successfully drilled two re-entry exploratory wells
•Carry out work over/well servicing in platform.
•Maintained rig equipment/spare parts to ensure continuous performance.
