HL Refined Seafood Industries Sdn. Bhd. Is a manufacturing based company focusing on seafood products. HL Refined Seafood Industries Sdn. Bhd. is the first fishball manufacturer in the world to be ISO certified and currently serving domestic and international market.

Chiefly responsible for establishing the commercial success of the organization. Overall responsibility for company’s communications, marketing, advertising, directs marketing and strategic market development activities. Also responsible for policies and procedures, plus internal systems.

Increasing profitability of the company by successful restructuring of the company through cost reduction and increasing business turnover thus setting unprecedented growth and profits.

Responsible for transforming HL Refined Seafood Industries Sdn. Bhd. into a fully diversified company. Initiated, planned and executed the entire diversification plan.

Fully responsible for the establishment and business management of HL Refined Seafood Industries Sdn. Bhd.’s two newly formed subsidiary for the purpose of diversification.
The two subsidiaries are:

1) PT HL Seafood industries Indonesia
PT HL Based in Balikpapan Indonesia is established for the purpose of procurement of crucial raw material for the manufacturing in Malaysia.


2) HL Franchising Sdn. Bhd.
This subsidiary is formed for the intention of building a franchise of seafood restaurants. Using all the seafood procured by HL this creates value for the entire company.
