I am looking for a position as a mechanic as I have a degree in diesel mechanics, but would also be interested in a welding position.

I am a hard working and goal oriented person. Every thing I have done in the past and present, I have always put forth my fullest capability and love the opportunity to show what I can do.

Currently, I am emloyed as a mechanic/farmhand for Dewaine Waletich, a rural farmer in the Sisseton area. I opperate machenery and weld in daily projects along with preventive maintainence. I have worked for Dewaine for two years.

Previously, I was employed by DMI industries in Fargo, ND, operating cranes and loaders, moving wind tower sections around the manufacturing yard. I stayed in my operating position for one year. I left due to unsafe conditions and did not want to end up getting someone hurt .

From June of 2004 to October 2004, I was a loader operator for Bowes construction out of Brookings, SD , untill winter layoffs started and that's when i moved on to find a more constant and yearly job.

June of 2003 to August 2003, I worked for Mastec from Shevlin, MN , trenching in phone and fiberoptic cable. I left to start my second year at NDSCS for diesel technology.

My Jr. and Sr. year in high school, I worked at Nelson's dairy of Sisseton, for Mark and Keven Nelson , as a milker . I moved up to lead heardsman in charge of four others . After graduation, I continued to work at Nelson's Dairy until the start of my first year of schooling at NDSCS.

My educational background consists of a high school diploma and an Associates Degree in diesel mechanics at NDSCS of Wahpeton, ND .
I recived education in engine rebuilding, hydraulics, electrical/electronic, and drive systems. Minor courses involved welding, air conditioning, and failure analysis courses.
