Manage the development of integrated EPC schedules in P3 including manpower and equipment histograms.
Manage the development of company consolidated cost reports reflecting commitment cost, actual cost, forecast at completion cost and variation(s) from budgets.
Key member of all discussions with potential partners/clients worldwide during proposal stages in relation to construction plans, integrated schedules, price negotiation, resource availability, etc.
Evaluate and approve variation orders based on scope of works and contract interpretations.
Analyze and evaluate issues related to claims, delays, acceleration, extension of time, and loss of productivity with clients and subcontractors.
Full preparation & finalization of budgets, S-curves for progress monitoring, and cost control.
Produce complete analysis and assessment of expenditure against budgets, which reflects profit/loss reports (cash flows and balance sheets).
Participate in in-house leadership meetings to set strategies to be followed with consortium partners and/or clients/owners.
Develop and approve project controls system to be used such as timesheet module systems (TMS), cost control systems, CoA etc.
Liaise with different departments on issues impacting the progress of the project such procurement, engineering, finance, account, IT, estimation and HR department.
