Currently working in Shifa International Hospital Limited in Patient Services Department as Supervisor. In Patient Services Department I have to communicate with the patient from dissimilar organizations with different cultural background from all over the World because almost all the Embassies and other foreign missions, international organization and top Govt. Organizations send their employees and beneficiaries to Shifa International Hospital. So I have an exposure to communicate with the people of different organizations with different cultural background. At the same time I am dealing with the billing process of different insurance companies worldwide. My major duties at my current position are sending quotation to different companies to make contract with them, bringing new companies on credit panel, revising rates of medical services after analysis of inflation in medical industry, solving the problem of patient regarding their admission and billing. I am accomplishing my task in professional and effectual way due to my curiosity in public dealing.

From my past experience I would like to portray your attention to the following analogous activities.

As a Project Coordinate in the ACRID International I have to be active as coordinator between the marketing, I.T and other departments of organization to accomplish the organizational goals according to the premeditated standards. During my working in ACRID International I also remained touch with our clients and making changes in our customer satisfaction policies for full satisfaction of our customers, as customer is the King of market.

I worked in Commercial Union (Now “New Jubilee Insurance Life Company N.J.I Life”) as Business Development Executive. I have to visit clients in open market and listening their financial tribulations and then providing them a suitable financial plan that give them 100% financial sanctuary against any future necessitate. I visited Islamabad for promotion of insurance policies and achieved my goals in efficient and effective way.
