JOB SUMMARY:


SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

A. MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE AREA

1. Plans, oversees, controls and coordinates the field staffing, work scheduling/assignment and various activities of the project.
2. Conducts project orientation program to deployed field staff.
3. Coordinate with HR and Accounting on matters related to employment status and payroll.
4. Coordinate with clients to establish rapport by getting feedback and giving updates.
5. Monitor status of equipment, tools and supplies issued to operation for inventory control.
6. Prepares purchase requisition for equipment, materials and supplies as needed by the operation.
7. Reads daily time records of field staff and prepare bi-monthly summary for submission to Accounting Dept.
8. Facilitates billing and collection of accounts handled. Coordinates with client to resolve problems that may affect billing and processing.

COMPUTER PROGRAMMING

Computer Skills:

Microsoft Windows XP/2000/NT/98/95, Microsoft Outlook, MS Word , Ms Excel, Foxpro, Lotus 123, Dbase II+, Dbase III+, Cobol, Wordstar, Foxbase+, Powerpoint, Wordperfect and other graphics applications. Also, familiar with data entry program, Internet Operations and Local Area Network.
