Involved in the execution of day to day preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to Instrumentation and control systems in assigned field, covering Gas & Steam turbines generators & control, pumps, compressors & control, valves, and pressure, level, temperature, and flow measurement and control instrumentation, control valves.
Distributed control system (DCS), programmable logic controller (PLC), and FGS & ESD system. This includes preventive and corrective maintenance work, setting priorities, with appropriate standard procedures, Investigates and troubleshoots maintenance problems. Implements fault-finding routines, diagnoses problems and takes appropriate action including devising and implementing solutions, and preparing reports, Investigates and troubleshoots maintenance problems, implements the Company’s permit to work procedures. On timely updating of related maintenance activities in the system.
Daily monitoring, corrective & routine maintenance and periodical verification & calibration of on-line analyzers and Fire & Gas Detectors, control systems, such as Building Fire and Gas detectors, Toxic Gas Detectors, UV/IR Detectors, Flammable Gas Detectors, Turbine F&G controls, Heat Detectors. in Gas plant. Facilities to ensure they are operating safely and meet company standards. Field equipment for includes all on-line process monitoring analyzers such as GC, Moisture, Hydrogen Sulphide, Total Sulphur, Oxygen, NOx, SOx, Carbon dioxide, Oil-In-Water/Hydrocarbon in Steam, paramagnetic and zirconium cell based oxygen and electrochemical principles behind pH, conductivity, ORP & dissolved oxygen, Ametek H2S, SO2, moisture & oxygen and associated sample conditioning systems.

1. B Sc. (PHYSICS) From Pune University, April 1990 with 2nd class.
2. Post Graduate Diploma in INSTRUMENTATION, Oct 1991 with First class

1. Yokogawa CENTUN CS DCS engineering training for 1 week.
2. Calibration approach by ETDC, Pune for 3 days.
