Freight Operations Supervisor: I was initially hired to the Dispatch Operation, Supervising between 75 to 105 local drivers. In February-1996 I became Manager of the Inbound Operation, implementing a complete computerized cross dock operation. In June-1996 I was promoted to Coordinator of the Bulkbreak Outbound Operation supervising and dispatching all dock and freight flow personnel and in charge of all security measures.

Terminal Manager: I was involved in all aspects of the operation and sales, including opening of the new facility in Oxnard, CA. My duties included hiring and training of all employees. My facility consistently grew in monthly revenues and production standards.

Truck Driver / Teamster Representative / Bulk break Lead Man for Dock and Drivers Prior I was a casual Teamster Dock/Driver for RYDER/PIE late 1983. During this time I took it upon myself to set up a small sting operation and catch employees stealing profits.
