February 2005 to October 2006 – Sifico Fashion LLC, Dubai, U.A.E as Human Resources Coordinator.
Sifico Fashion LLC owns and operates shops retailing branded fashion clothing and accessories in the United Arab Emirates. It has franchise agreements with the world famous Italian leather goods, footwear and accessories brands Furla and Bruno Magli, Tabbah Lebanon and Villa Moda Kuwait .It has rapid expansion plans in U.A.E.
Major Achievements: Managed the HR department in an efficient manner in a multiple role during a transition period when the HR Manager position was vacant.

July 2002 to December 2004 – Villa Moda, Kuwait, Human Resources Coordinator.
Villa Moda operates in the luxury goods industry. It has branches in GCC with rapid expansion plans on a broad based regional level.
Major Achievements: Played a pivotal role in in-house development of an integrated HR Package.

Part time lecturer in the Travel & Tourism area at St. Aloysius Evening College, Mangalore, India.
