Highly computer literate with PC spreadsheet, word-processor, Power Point, Visio, OrgPlus & graphics applications; possess extensive experiences with HRIS like JDEdwards and ATS like BrassRing & various Internet-job portals and online salary-survey sites (e.g. ORC-SIRS), collaborating with computer programmers in developing HR database including configuring & customizing HR-ERP solutions.
Possess very good ‘lay-man’s’ understanding of object-relational databases.
