Chief Electrician, Senior Electrician

Since both my education and work I have always been connected witch ships and maritime equipment. I'm very interested in broadening my skills on that field.I would to widen my professional abilities in yours company.

In October of 2000 I start working in Northern Marine Company on the Ro-Ro Pax type ships Stena Seariderand Stena Seatraderď like E.T.O. I work for this Company almost three years to improve my qualification and experience.
During the summer 2003 Accommodation/Service platform Safe Lancia undertook a major conversion and was converted to a full DP 2 class vessel.During this time I was been involved in all kinds of electrical installation of this equipments included installation of two new engines, new thrusters, new High Voltage switchgear, New pPower management system, installation of a DP bridge and installation of a Fire Figting system including six feed pumps and four turbine driven fire monitors.
End of 2003 I back to Gearbulk Company to Cement Special Vessels. My Agency send me to work on this vessels because this ships was in very pure conditions. I work many years in shipyard and my experience and qualification have possibility to use.
Summer 2005, C.P.O. Company, make new recruitment among Polish Officers for work on the new building,biggest Container Vessels, up to 8100 TEU with many of new technologies. April 2008 I started to work as an Electrical Engineer for Prosafe Offshore on Semisubmersible accommodation platform “Safe Bristolia”. As the vessel was going for a new contract in the North Sea after a few years in Mexico it required a lot of attention to electrical and electronic side to comply with the higher standards in the North Sea.
In December 2010 The Company agreed to my request for a transfer to a more complex unit and decided to offer me an electrical engineers position onboard Safe Concordia, a semi-submersible DP class 2 construction vessel. My key responsibilities onboard both vessels included: the operation and maintenance of the High Voltage, DP, electric and electronic systems; ensuring that all plant and equipment are operated and maintained at the highest degree of safety and performance; repairs to all navigational, communication and entertainment equipment; execution of planned maintenance and repairs; ordering of electrical spares and consumables, budgetary control of the electrical department, primary supervisory responsibility to manage electrical and electronic staff onboard and any additional crew or third party assistance

I am an Chief/Senior Electrician with over 20 years of experience in marine and offshore industry.

My professional career started in 1991 in “Gdynia Shipyard” where I got my first employment as an electrician. In 1994 I was promoted to the position of Electrical Foreman.
I am interested in securing a position within good company where my abilities and qualifications can be fully applied for our mutual benefit.

Since I have hear about drilling my main goal was to work in this industry.
Most of my career sacrificed to gain experience so that my skills were sufficient enough to work in the my desired drilling industry.
I am strongly motivated person and I know that if I will get chance I will do my duties conscientiously.
