• HSE induction training to new employees as well as contractors.

• Coordinate with all other staff & giving safety instructions.

• Conducts regular & emergency inspection to ensure compliance with prevention & safe conditions & making HSE inspection reports.

• Daily monitoring permit to work system & regular inspection of lifting tools, mobile crane.

• Incident Investigations & recommendations for prevention of recurrence.

• Fire safety watch & stand by with appropriate safety fire fighting equipments during hazard activity like hot tapping, shut down jobs, cold cutting, tie in jobs, vessel entry/ loading unloading & heavy structure erection.

• "IVMD" downloading making of weekly, monthly HSE static's report & submits to client as well as head office.

• Carryout camp HSE inspections & submit report to client as well as head office.

• Follow up ISO 14001 & OSHA 18000 documents as per corporate HSE head direction.

• Carry out critical activities Risk assessment & Job safety analysis.

• Motivation activity like Best performance of foreman & its crew incentive evaluation.

• Conduct Mock drill as per procedure as well as client direction. Maintain an environment waste register related to construction activity
• Advise on Personal Protective Equipments selection & stock.

• Display HSE posters , News letters for better communication.
• Computer operation like- MSOffice, power point, outlook.
