Professional Experience
To carry out Preventive Maintenance and Repair of different Rotating and Critical Equipment such as high, Medium and low Voltage (100 MVA) Stem Turbine Generator Mitsubishi, Gas Turbine Generator Centaur 40 (3750 kVA), Caterpillar (1600 kVA). 2 MVA Gas Injection Compressor - Taurus 60 (2300 kVA). Gas Booster Compressor – Ariel (1950 HP) and IGS (Inert Gas System).
Maintenance Power Transformers, 96MVA, 8 MVA,2MVA, Switchyard 150 kV, HV and MV Switchgear, Electrical System (Circuit Breaker, CVT, Surge Arrester), Overhead Transmission Lines, Low Voltage Switchboards system, Motor Control System, UPS System, battery Charger & DC Distribution System, HVAC system , Grounding System, Lightning System, Protection System, Transformer Oil Analysis and Infra Red Metric Inspection etc.
Perform Preventive, corrective Maintenance and Troubleshooting of all safety fire and gas equipment such as gas monitor, UV/IR Detector, H2s monitor, Smoke detector and heat detector.
To in put data into the JDE and Maximo maintenance system, such as work order activities, material and spare, failure and down time report, To comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well policies Procedure, experience of Permit to Work system and procedures, Gas testing and monitoring, Permit auditing, Emergency response procedure, Level 2Task Risk Assessment, SOC ( Safety Observation Certificate),Traction.
