Ensure assigned CFW and Subcontractors personnel comply with the Company, CFW and subcontractor HSE Policies, Plans and Procedures
ザ Have a thorough understanding of project procedure, System Compilation Manual and RFSU Pinnacle Document Compilation
ザ Review/comment sub contractors technical documents like MS ITP JSA and work packs and ensuring that these procedures defined fulfils project requirements HSE and FLAWLESS start up aspects.
ザ Ensure that CFW and Subcontractor instrument supervisors and inspectors know the Hold and other inspection point on agreed inspection and test plans.
ザ Ensure that instrument non ?Vconformance reports and audit Observations issued by the Quality Assurance Group are closed ?Vout promptly by the responsible person.
ザ Carry out Quality Surveillance of instrument activities at the request of the Site Quality Manager.
ザ Approve and sign-off instrument documentation in accordance with the CFW Authorised Engineer List.
ザ In conjunction with the CFW Safety Officer, and instrument supervisor etc, review the Subcontractors Method statements and Inspection and Test Plans, and comment as necessary.
ザ Ensure that all modification to instrument work is recorded on the appropriate drawings as "As Built."
ザ Prepare instrument test procedures in conjunction with CFW instrument supervisors and the QA Group.
ザ In conjunction with Company identify the scope of instrument "systems" on instrument schematics and other documents.
ザ Process instrument Field Design ?VModification (FDM's) and Contract Engineering Data Sheets (CED?ｦs) in a timely manner, and ensure they are recorded on the base document held by the Site Document Control Group, CFW discipline groups and Subcontractors.
