Responsibility:
-The role of the Project Coordinator is to manage assigned project in the provision of a Project Service to Company operations.
-Plan, manage and direct activities associated with the implementation of all phases of assigned projects from Receiving Contract Hand Over, i.e., development of Project Summary, to completion including Load Out and hand-over to client.
-Provide technical definition and estimates in liaison with engineering disciplines and Planning & Cost Team support of budgeting exercises
-Develop the project implementation Strategy
-Plan and prepare the project Programme Covering all phase of each assigned project
-Lead and Participate in the development of project contracting package in conjunction with the Discipline and Commercial teams
-Manage Suppliers and vendors engaged in providing services associated with assigned projects, review and approve project schedules, and facilitate activities in coordination with Company Representative.
-Mange and control changes to assigned Project scope as per established procedures, assess and manage risk introduced by each change
-Participate in the assessment and evaluation of the performance of assigned Project following the completion of coating
-Assist in the development of project HSE plans covering all phases of assigned projects, including requirements for HSEIA’s, QRA’s, HAZID’s Risk Identification and Assessment studies such as PHSER’s, HAZOP’s etc and follow up with implementation
-Input to the development of the annual resources plan covering the Facilities Engineering support requirements
-Direct and supervise the activities and performance of assigned personnel to designated projects, including contract staff
-Monitor phased financial commitments for assigned projects reviews project budget and phasing of expenditure an arrange budget amendments as necessary
-Leads the effective handling of claims with appropriate Divisions, review payments and variations to contractor / consultant / engineers scope of work and managers the issue of change orders / variations
-Participate in Company Safety Programs ensuring compliance with approved safety regulations / programs with implement safety training of assigned personnel in accordance with pre-determined programs and ensure proper implementation of all HSE requirements

Degree for Polytechnic of University of Indonesia with majoring in Mechanical and program study ENERGY.
Attending course, seminar and training for Safety, Engineering, Production, Quality Control and Quality System with ISO 9000 auditor course. Also training on computer such as AUTOCAD, MIS-DataBase, Foxpro,MS Window

Diploma degreee in Polytechnic of University of Indonesia and other course in local and overseas.

I am 37 years old, graduated from Polytechnic of University of Indonesia, majoring from Mechanical with Energy as program Study. I have been working in several companies and indifferent positions and Departments which make me experiences and skilful. At Present, I am still working for PT. Bredero Shaw Indonesia - the biggest Pipe Coating Service Company in Indonesia - as Project Coordinator.
I am also familiar to operate Computer such as programs MS Windows, Data Base Fox Pro, Pipe Tracking, MIS and AutoCad 2000. Regarding to the Quality System, I am familiar with some International Codes and Standards such as API, ASME, NACE, BS, AWS and ISO 9000-2000.
I am very strong in Coordinating, engineering, reporting, controlling and monitoring cost and budget for project and it shall be done as per target and schedule.
