Mechanical/Piping Engineer

To be professional in design, engineering and construction in Mechanical works

I have achieved more than 13 years of relevant experience in all aspect of Design, Engineering Construction and Fabrication in Mechanical works, Piping, Gas and Oil, District Cooling Plant, Co-Generation Plant, HVAC, Building Services, Chemical Plant and Power Industry

Currently I attached with OGP Technical Services Sdn. Bhd (PETRONAS Group of Companies) as Senior Mechanical/Piping Engineer for PGB Plants Change Project. Mainly my responsibilities in OGP including on developing, review and verification of Basic and Detail Engineering design deliverables such as Technical Specification, Equipment layout/Plot Plan, Requisition and Datasheets, Piping General Arrangement Drawing, Piping Isometrics and Material Take-Off, Pipe Stress Analysis Report, Pipe Support Drawings and Details, Review and Interdisciplinary check of P&ID etc. I was also assist on Procurement Team for Technical evaluation and bid exercise, prepare tender plan and evaluation report for PETRONAS Committees.

Familiar with application of ASME B31.1, Pressure Vessels (Designed to ASME VIII Div. II), Petronas Technical Standard (PTS), API 610, ASTM Standards, ASHREA standard for Air-Conditioning.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering(hons) - University Malaya of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Graduated in 1993.
