INTERNSHIPS
•6 weeks internship with Pakistan Petroleum Limited in Exploration dept. during June 6, 2006 to July 18, 2006.
Following tasks have been performed during the internship:
i)Stratigraphic well logs correlation of Lower Goru Formation, Pakistan.
ii)Computation of Porosity and water saturation on 5 wells in Lower Goru formation (Clastics).
iii)Preparation of isopach map of Upper Goru formation of Lower Indus Basin, Pakistan.
iv)Risk categorization of cap/seal rocks of major reservoir rocks in entire Indus Basin using 146 wells mud logs.

•4 weeks internship in Schlumbeger, Data & Consulting Services, Islamabad, Pakistan during 1st June – 30th June 2005.
Following tasks have been performed during the internship:
i)Principles of Resistivity measurements.
ii)Principles of bulk density & Neutron measurements.
iii)N/D cross plot for lithology identification.
iv)Computation of water saturations using Archie eq. from well logs.
