Operation and Maintenance engineer

Seeking a job opportunity in the field of Mechanical Engineering where my education and skills can be applied and developed where promotion is based on personal development.

-6-11-2005 till present date EGC (East Gas Company) owner of 36’’ Arab gas pipeline for exporting natural gas ,Maintenance and operation engineer
-Maintenance and operation of the pipeline extended from Arish (EGYPT) to AQABA (JORDON).
-Maintenance and operation of the fiscal metering station at AQABA-(JORDON), dealing with MON2000 (software interface) to monitor and control the Gas Chromatograph DANIEL MODEL700.
-Maintenance of the external coating for the 36 inch pipeline (hot work).
-Maintenance for ball valve (4, 3, 12 inches), globe valves and hydraulic hand pump.
-Paroling the pipeline.
-Participated in the company annual shutdown to make major maintenance and replacement.
for 36 inch spool and valve(double block and bleed).
-Participated in the preparation of the spare part list for the 36" pipeline (valves, actuators, accessories...).
-Good knowledge with pipeline welding and non destructive tests (die penetrate, ultra violet, radio graphic , hydro test).
-Gas filters maintenance.
-Pig trap maintenance.
-Calibration of the pressure transmitters and temperature transmitters.
