oo Attend to share in preparation of production planning program and loading program

o Jan,2004: start On Job Training program under supervision from DLC ,which is the
Main subcontractor of Kellogg/Halliburton Company (The licensor)

o May, 2004: start pre-commissioning activity in train area such as, Blowing, mechanical Cleaning, loading of Molecular sieves in the driers …ect.
o August,2004: start commissioning activity such as, Degreasing in Acid gas removal
Unit, stroking tests for control valves, test run for all electrical motors, Dilution and Loading of amine solution on the system, start circulation of hot oil in the system, Testing the Frame7 gas turbines for propane and mixed refrigerant on total recycle, Lining up the flare system…..ect.

o October,2004: Starting the start-up activity such as, introducing the feed gas up to
Driers and achieving the specification of acid gas removal unit, mercury removal and Dehydration unit.


SEGAS LNG Process Instructor.

o Supporting technical department as LNG process instructor for newly hired employees as well as the field operator.

o The training program includes media, on field & on job training
SGS Certified Auditor (ISO9001/OHSAS18001)
The program is 9 months includes the following:
1. 3 months of auditing training
2. 1 month internal auditing training
3. 2 months implementation for both certificate
4. 3 months for certification

SGS Certification Auditor Program

o Responsible for preparations, implementation and certification phases for operation and production planning

o Certification of quality system are includes ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001.
TECHNICAL COURSES FOR OPERATION

o 20.08.2004 to 06.09.2004 Attending four programs with NOVOU PEGNONE
1. Gas turbine and its auxiliaries (Frame 7), five days program with machine vendor.
2. Compressors (Axial and Centrifugal), four days program with compressors vendor.
