Ongoing experience in material procurement:

· Material procured for :

1. Singapore Jurang Tankages
2. Indore Kota Pipeline project.
3. Pune Sholapur Pipeline project.
4. Dahej Uran Pipeline project, and
5. Uran Trombay Pipeline project.

 Issuance of RFQ’s after thorough study of MR to various Indian and Foreign vendors.

· Techno-Commercial evaluation of the offers, raising queries their clarifications, meetings with the vendors etc.

· Co-ordination with Detail Engineering Contractor and Manufacturer
for approval of Drawings & Data Sheets at various stages.

· Commercial & Technical analysis of vendor quotations.

· Participation in technical discussion with vendors for clarifications & negotiation of quotations against requirements

· Correspondence and follow up with the vendors in order to expedite the on going processes.

· Co-ordination with Third Party Inspection Agency for Inspection at vendor works.


· Financial aspects of materials like allocation of funds, request for opening of letter of credit, Invoice passing and other related activities.

· Identification and developing new vendors/supplier.

· Preparations of offer and coordination with other members for completion of order.

· Coordinating with accounts section in order to clear the timely payments of various vendors.

· Vendor development activity carried out so as to make the monopolistic market a competitive one, was therefore able to achieve lowest possible price for the desired products.

· Making detailed report of the material received.

· Working knowledge in Oracle 11i- ERP package implemented in PLL, and MS office.

Professional Qualifications

 Three years Diploma Course in “Mechanical Engineering” in 2002-05 from Aryabhatt Polytechnic under “Board of Technical Education” New Delhi.

 Pursuing B.E in Mechanical Engineering from AMIE.

Academic Qualifications

Graduated in B.A (Pass) from Delhi University in year 2004.
