Responsible for checked data entries in (Computerized Accounting System) GL, AR and IC modules on daily basis, data validation, then onward exporting data of GL, AR& IC to Head office, after taking back up on daily basis and on monthly basis.
Responsible for conducted the internal audit of all branches under the control of Sahiwal regional office (Bahawal Nagar,Okara, Vehari etc.
Responsible for inventory handling and reporting of smart cards (Payphones, Hello) and payphones sets.
Responsible for confirming bank balances of all banks via telephone call and obtaining and submitting bank statements on monthly basis.
Responsible for monthly reporting to Head Office including;
Trial Balance, Receivable aging reports of Franchise, card sales, working of calculation of L.T.Deposit & Franchise Collection, cards stock reconciliation, payphones reconciliation, budget variance, bank reconciliation statements along with bank statements and ledger copies,
Responsible for monthly reporting to Zonal Office:
Budget Variance, Communication cost, Trial Balance, Operating Expenses
