2003 to date SARL Building Materials at Guelma/Algeria Production/Maintenance Responsible
Supervision, realization (equipment’s installation, connections/tests) & starting-up for the production plant in collaboration with LOREV Impianti.
Production & Maintenance Activities Scheduling.
Interventions/repairs & maintenance: Siemens softwares & PLC, inverters DANFOSS, mechanical, hydraulics….etc.
Technicians/Operators initiation & assistance.
Production’s supervision and eventually necessary adjustments for keeping the highest performances (quality and

2002–2003 CAB food cannery -Guelma- In charge of Instrumentation Service
Existing equipments automation: realization new control systems adapted to the different production’s line modifications.
Installation of a Workshop for instrument’s calibration, maintenance and repair.
Repairs: PLC SAIA PDC2, Siemens SIMOVERT Inverter, water’s filtration station, control loops (instrument’s calibration & repair: pneumatic valves, electro pneumatic converters, transmitters).
Follow-up, realization new production plant & its synchronization and connection with the existing one in collaboration with SIGMANZINI.
Preparation for ISO-9000 certification’s obtaining.
TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) scheduling & all maintenance activities supervision.
Necessary adjustments for optimum production.
Assistance & initiating to the industrial environment for a team composed of: 4 engineers and 2 technicians.
1997–2001 ENGTP Great oil avtivities -Algiers & Hassi-messaoud- Instrumentation Engineer
Follow-up & realization Instrumentation activities for different projects:
High Pressure (420 bars) Gas Reinfusion Stations SC-9/10/11/12 at Hassi-messaoud/Algeria; Revamping of the existing stations SC-2/3/4/5/6/7/8 in collaboration with JGC Japan Gas Corporation & also commissioning project.
LPG Recuperation/Treatment Trains at Rhourde-nouss/Algeria in collaboration with SNC Lavalin.
Commissioning projects by reserve’s removal for payment’s regularization: 3 oil pumping stations.
