From Jan 2006 to Jan 2007 Quality manager for ENI Group
I managed the Saipem Nigeria’s quality department (about 40 people) in Port Harcourt, Lagos and the sites of projects. Saipem Nigeria is active in Offshore, Onshore, Drilling and Engineering for customers like Exxon, Shell, Agip and Total. In this role I:
· Got the API (American Petroleum Institute) Q1certification and the API 2B certification for the offshore construction unit
· Audited onshore and offshore projects and vendors and reported progress and problems
· Managed the staffing for projects choosing quality engineers, supervisors and inspectors
· Managed the relationship with the customer’s representatives
· Trainer in internal courses for auditors and for quality inspectors.
· Managed a multicultural team from Africa, North and South America and Europe
· Planned and managed budget/resources of the department
· Managed contacts and relationship with Nigerian government officials building an efficient and trusting partnership

From Jan 2000 to Dec 2005 Lead auditor for International Certification Bodies(BV/TUV)
I operated in oil & gas, energy, engineering and industry. I conducted booth system and process audit in quality, safety and sustainable development/social responsibility and testing of products according to quality and safety requirements. I audited more then 300 organizations.

From Sept 1995 to Dec 1999 HSEQ Manager for Maccaferri group

The Maccaferri group is active in engineering, construction and project based activities in Europe, North and South America and Asia. I worked booth in operative projects and in the department as staff.
· Developed a quality assurance system ISO 9001 certified
· Performed quality cost analysis
· Performed process analysis and deployed a monitoring system based on key indicators for quality and safety
· Organized a measure laboratory and managed 3 QC offices of more then 20 peoples.
· Performed internal quality audits and on vendors

· Developed a social responsibility SA8000 system and managed sustainable development studies
