Professional Experience
Presently working with M/S SOUTHERN ELECTRIC POWER COMPANY LIMITED (SEPCOL) a renowned Canadian IPP having its power producing plant at Raiwind near Lahore since October 2001 as Assistant Manager Finance in Head Office, Islamabad.
·Handling Company’s internal budget independently
·Preparing the Budget Control sheets for HO and Plant for weekly payments.
·Updating utilization on weekly, monthly,quarterly basis to track down the budget.
·Preparing Monthly Salaries, Final Dues, Loans, Annual Leave record etc of the employees.
·Calculating the annual leaves and gratuity provisions on quarterly basis.
·Working and updating the employees tax calculations.
·Preparing the Management report.
·Supervising the payments, cheque disbursement according to the funds position of the Company.
Worked as Executive Assistant Accounts in the same company and later on promoted as Assistant Manager HR & Admin and then to the present position.
·Handled the HR department independently, under the supervision of the VP of the Company.
·Advertising the new vacancies, receiving CV’s evaluating and short-listing the candidates, arranging the interviews.

·Handled the purchase of Office Stationary, Toner / Cartridges as well as the printing of letterheads and visiting cards of the Employees.
·Traveling of all the staff and executives domestic as well as foreign arranging their tickets and their hotel bookings also.
·Handled the administration of the office completely, repair and maintenance, daily up keeping items as well as arranging the meetings.
