1. Cementing Asst Operator, assist during rigging-up and rigging-down of cementing service equipment on the work location and spotting the cement storage vessels, premixing spacer fluids, and also can operate liquid additive metering systems ,centrifugal pumps bulk cement delivery and storage systems ,manifold equipment and cementing plug releasing systems (Cementing head ) with clean up in detecting the problems when they happen and repair and repair the service equipments - Using Halliburton ( CPT-Y4) Cementing Unit, Great wall Drilling Co (GWDC) Higleg field Sudan, August 2004 to August 2005.


2. Cementing operator , full responsibility of the cementing Unit Halliburton (CPT –Y4), Preparation , Operation and Maintenances even in the hard condition when the computer shutdown or (ADC) malfunctioning during the job, and have an experience in detecting the problems when they happen and repair each type of equipments ,and also operate all the liquid additive metering systems, centrifugal pumps, bulk delivery and storage systems, manfolding equipment, and cementing plug releasing tools. rig up and rig down cementing service equipment on work locations , spotting of cement storage vessels , pre-mixing of spacer fluids, identifying additives to be mixed, rigging-up appropriate data monitoring equipment know well how to calculate all the job requirement, Trains operator assistants in the operation. 3. Cementing Asst Engineer/operator, assist the engineer to plan for the job including crew and equipment used, and plan for the job including instructions to the crew and including dispute resolution to approval level, direct the activities of the service operators, repair each type of equipment, Unit (Halliburton CPT-Y4), tools normally used, and prepare the equipment for the next job, plan and performs necessary calculations for the total job - Great wall Drilling Co. (GWDC), Higleg field Sudan August 2006 to Date.
