Job Description:
-In this job I’m a member of ateam shift responsible of Hardware &Software maitanance of all the Automation &Control devices in (AMMONIA NITRATE PLANT) such as …
1. System part.
- DCS (CS3000 Yokogawa Centum).
Hardware troublshooting ,maitanence and installation of DCS component.
Software (DSC software installation,Graphic, logic diagram, sequances construction, trends and totalization) design and maintenance.
2. Instrumentation part.
Having the abilityto make Calibration ,Wiring, Troublshooting and DCS connection for ..
-Flowmeters (vortex,magnetic,coriolis,minismart flowmeters,analog &digital counters and pneumatic controller devices … etc).
-Valves (ON/OFF and control and pneumatic).
-Sensors (Temprature, Pressure, PH, difrential pressure (level), Density……..etc) .
Ability to use Hart comminication device in Calibration.
Ability to troubleshooting motor drive circuit.
***Note: the plant is new and I was a member of the installation team in the plant, also i attended the starting up of the plant, which was filled with problem
