Professional Experience
Occupational Health and Safety (Medical Officer):
1) Daily duty
• Recipient of employee who seek medical consultation, first aid treatment and others.
• Refer employees to the hospital who need further management and evaluation.
• Follow up medical cases to designated hospital.
• Review medical reports, reimbursement of invoices.
• Response to any emergency within the fence.
2) Weekly duty
• Supervise the staff nurse in weekly basis in dealing with the routine checking of the ambulance and first aid kit boxes.
• Provide auditing to cafeteria with hygiene staff.
• Review the clinic documentations.

3) Monthly duty
• Make monthly report, total number of employees who visit the clinic, sick leave, referrals and others.
• Analysis the job related incident cases with safety.
• To conduct first aid training course and BCLS to E.R.T members.
• To conduct health awareness presentation “on job health awareness” and “off job awareness”.
• Response to company drill.
4) Yearly duty
Responsible to make:
• Quarterly report
• 6 months report to higher management
• Yearly report
• Prepare the clinic to deal with internal and external audits.

1. Provide convenient and full medical care services for IBN SINA Employees based on the clinical pathways, which set by Saudi Medical Association.
2. Provide convenient and full medical care services for S.S.L. Employees based on the clinical pathways, which set by Saudi Medical Association.
3. Provide convenient and full medical care services for contractors based on the clinical pathways, which set by Saudi Medical Association.
4. Establish clear guidelines when medical treatment is required at company designated medical facilities.
5. Set out the steps to be followed with regards to medical referral based on Joint Commission Guidelines and the clinical pathways, which set by Saudi Medical Association.
6. Approve the medical expenses reimbursement.
7. Review the findings and approve the physical fitness for employment.
8. Provide training programs as necessary and distribute information with respect to individual’s health.
9. Provide training courses about Environmental and Clinical Safety.
10. Establish and maintain constructive medical services and preventive industrial hygiene programs.
