Responsibilities
•Appropriate Implementation of Company Policies.
•Giving Induction and Introducing Company Policy to the New Joiners.
•Training the New Workforce.
•Negotiate with management regarding employee issues on HR matters.
•Provide counseling to employees, and conduct investigations as needed to resolve employee relations on legal issues.
