WORK EXPERIENCE
Manitoba (Textile Production & Printing & Embroidery):
I've started working in Manitoba as a Printing and Production Responsible a year ago directly after my graduation, but at the beginning I was a worker like everybody and I've learned how to run the printing machine, mix inks from any kind, make screens, control production, control quality system in this factory in Aleppo, and how to be a good supervisor by watching the workers and put each one in the right position in which he can show his strength.
This year in Manitoba has developed my skills in learning the right way to make good communications and negotiations with the clients and the suppliers all over the world because our company is exporting goods to many countries in Europe like GER, ENG, ITA
etc, also I met during this year a lot of people from different culture and different nationalities and this made my personality stronger.
I've learned also how to make the decision under any circumstances and how to control the staff and myself under the pressure to deliver the order on time.
By the way Manitoba is a branch for the mother company in Romania (WWW.manitobatex.org).
Semester Project in the fourth year (2004):
Included the Studying & Designing of the moving parts of a jig and fixture which are fixing a piece made of plastic material, the moving part were illustrated by Autodesk Inventor V9.
A research about quality system of this jig and fixture.
Graduating Project (2005):
Studying of simple plc (Programmable Logic Controller), software and hardware interactions with the supervision of Doctor Bassam Kattan.
