o Tanks used are of capacity 600 KL & 200 KL as well as day tanks.
„I Planning day-to-day activities, shift operations, production schedules and allocating work for achieving of monthly production targets. Managing a team of 15 personnel & shift operations.
„I Monitoring production, keeping control over activities and analysing processes for stabilization; thereby ensuring smooth operations.
„I Managing the maintenance operations of pumps & their upkeep/repairs.
„I Initiating measures for the effective inventory control of fuel oil and spares for the pumps for ensuring ready availability to meet the production targets.
„I Maintaining data for daily consumption/storage/receipt of fuel oils, taking stocks & managing the indenting operations.
„I Overseeing the procedures related to out sourced jobs as
o Pipe line erection, overhead/ inside trenches laying of pipe lines
o Fabrication of tanks (given on contracts), collection of spilt oils
o Recycling of the oils thus achieving cost savings of spilt oils for maximum benefit of the organization.
„I Conducting training programs time-to-time to enhance the skills of the subordinates and as a result gain improved productivity.
