Career Objective
My objective is to fill in a position overseas in Oil/Gas Construction/Commissioning projects that allow me to improve my knowledge in more challenging environments while I render the best of my skills.
Professional Experience
Experienced in the Construction/Commissioning and Start Up side of the Oil/Gas/Petrochemical business since 1994 at a major PDVSA Refinery Upgrade for MW Kellogg (with MMR Radon).
Had developed some detail engineering for PDVSA involving ESD, PLC, DCS and Field Instruments.
Have developed duties as Construction Supervisor, Commissioning Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager Assistant and Field Superintendent in a number of projects for clients like Coastal, Wilpro Energy, Sincor (Opercom) and Fertinitro, in some cases as contractor and others as Owner Representative.
All the above experiences have had goal accomplishment, organizational planning and team work requirements that I have been able to fulfill at client’s satisfaction.
