For a national oil and gas company in the Arabian Gulf region, prepared the study design, project scope of work, terms of reference, preliminary project budget and managed a tender pre-qualification round for a landmark study entitled, “Impact Assessment Study of Multilateral and Bilateral Energy Services Liberalization on Qatar’s Economy and Oil and Gas Sectors”. Advised the Corporation and the Qatar Ministry of Energy and Industry on international trade and investment issues. Co-authored major policy speeches for the Minister of Energy and Industry. Provided technical and other training to Qatari national trainees. Supplied critical analysis and advice to the Qatar Planning Council (Qatar national planning organization) regarding a national macroeconomic model building exercise.
