-Monitor work flow and communicate with other entities such as terminals, freight cashiers, Shared Service Centers, Sales, and Dispatch Offices to ensure cargo is moving
-Create, revise, and maintain export bookings through to load port including tracking and tracing.
-Create, revise, and maintain export vessel manifests which should load on the expected vessel.
-Respond to documentation related inquiries and assist with the timely and accurate release of Export Documents (i.e. Bills of Ladings.
-Directs and guides our customers towards other MSL opportunities such as; WEB, Inttra,and E-Booking.
-creat and issue manifest correctors and follow up with worldwide agents
As well as telex releases.
- help and assist customers find out shipments information through tracing option
