position director-programme of ties & accessories where I was, according to the engagements from the individual contract, competent and responsible for the whole operation of the above mentioned programme ( at beginning 60 people) by the given authority, which means were:

- Carrying out of the programme business plan
- suggesting and leading the accepted purchase and selling policy
- giving the assurance of the selling income as to the yearly plan of selling
- Leading optimal store and material expenses
- The correctness of technological data for the calculations of the articles
- The development of technology and co-operation at making good investments
- The assurance of the quality control
- Business organisation (50% import / 50% own production)
- The employment policy as to the given authorising
- As to these assuring the business legality

In practise:
 analyse the reasons of no-profitability, preparing the strategies and plans,
 leading reorganisation & business sanation on all levels, investments
 cost controlling on all levels, specially on material & storages costs,
 gaining new and keeping in touch with the good existent customers and suppliers, made negotiations, organise selling net, starting own corners, shops,
 with the control of the engagements to the suppliers and the outstanding debts of customers, contract non-solved relations, internal communication affectivity,
 dealing with research & development process,
 direct co-operation with business partners in the field,
 dealing with realisation of marketing strategy ( new brand name, new corners, new packing,…),
 solving the reclamation, suitability of import – export process, logistics optimisation,
 deal with environmental requirements, communicate with state institutions,
 deal with organisation of new company, report to supervisor,…
The reorganisation-sanation finnish was with starting the new additional company (process of privatisation and equisitions within complet company meanwhile).

Completed studies:
In 1981-1985 grammar school - graduated as a technician of natural science and mathematics, in the course of biochemistry.
In 1986-1990 The University of Ljubljana, The Faculty of Natural Technical Science- graduated university engineer of technology, Receiving Zois´scholarship for gifted students.
I matriculated to post-graduate studies at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana, Equis acredited school, in the course of International Business Specialisation-finishing study.

Accredited Assocciate of the Institute for Independent Business International (first in Slovenia).
